Optical Brightener CBS-L is a liquid formulation of a disulfonic distyrylbiphenyl fluorescent whitening agent, which is one of the best optical brighteners used in synthetic fiber, cellulose fabric polyimides and proteinic fiber. It can be mixed with water at any proportion. At room temperature, it has a satisfactory effect when used in washing powder, soap and washing syrup and can be used in exhausting ageing for cotton at high temperature. It has good effect on the paper whitening. It is safe, nontoxic and can be added in any procedure of` the preparation of synthetic detergent. It has a high stability and resistance to sodium hypochlorite, oxidative bleaching and strong acid.
Used in detergent and soap industry, bleaching and dyeing industry and papermaking industry.
It can be added in any procedure of the production of synthetic detergent and soap, and the recommended dosage as follows:
Common washing powder: 0.02-0.12% Soap: 0.02-0.10%
Concentrated washing powder: 0.02-0.14% Washing syrup: 0.01-0.04%
Liquid detergent: 0.02-0.06% Fabric fiber: 0.02-0.08%
PACKAGE: Packed in 25 kg, 50 kg or 200 kg plastic drum.
TRANSPORTATION: Avoid inversion, sunlight, crash and avoid damaging the package.
STORAGE: Should be stored in cool, dry and ventilate place. The stored term should be not exceed 6 months. There might appear be a little precipitate during the storage life or at lower temperature, but it has no effect on usage when dissolved at 70-90℃.
